Data protection in our apps
Thank you for your interest in our Apps and in our organisation. In the following document you will find the most important information regarding the acquisition, processing and use of personal-related data by Eyeled GmbH. The protection of your data is very important to us, and for this reason we will treat it in a responsible manner and protect it according to legal requirements.

2 Rights / Data usage
a. Device information and incidents
We acquire the following device-specific information: Your device model, the operating system and information regarding device incidents, such as App crashes, system activity and date and time of the request. This information is kept for the purpose of improving our Apps.
b. Calendar, address book, camera, sim card
We request your permission for the use of your address book, calendar, and access to your sim card. These rights are required for data entry, such as the addition of a new contact, saving new appointments. Note that this means we do not need to save any data. You have the right to refuse this usage. However this means that there is the possibility that you cannot use all the functions of our Apps.
3 Sharing with third parties
Your data, which is used when you use the App, will not be give by us to third parties. Exceptions are data transfers which take place during support activities for technical purposes (more information available under point 4).
4 Google Analytics
To gain statistical information about the App, Google Analytics is used, a web analysis tool from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text data, which are saved in the App and which enable an analysis regarding App usage to take place. Information that is created through the Cookie regarding App usage will generally be sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there.
Google will use this information according to agreement with us, in order to analyse the App usage to put together reports on the App activities and in order to supply us with further services regarding the App. In this way it is possible for the user to create pseudo-names as user name profiles from the processed information.
We only use Google Analytics with an active IP-anonymous filter. This means that the IP-address of the user will be shortened by Google; this applies to users in European Union member starts or in other states in the European economic zone with agreements with the EU. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened in that location. The IP-address that is sent from the App will not be combined with other data from Google.
You are able to forbid the compilation and processing of your data that comes from the Cookie and which relates to your App usage; to do this, you must switch off the relevant function in the App settings.

5 Information and re-calls
You have the right to ask us at any time for your App information which is saved with us, what its origin is and the purpose of the saving activity. You have the right to recall and cancel the allowance to use your data at any time. All information wishes, requests or changes regarding data processing should be addressed to datenschutz@eyeled.de or sent to the address listed in point 1.
6 Data security
We continuously carry out technical work in order to meet data security requirements, especially to protect your personal data against risk in cases of data sends as well as through transfer to third parties. These will be updated regarding to the latest technical standards.
7 Change exceptions
This declaration will be updated as long as we introduce new functions to the Apps, change processes or similar. We therefore allow ourselves the right to update this data protection declaration in order that it constantly corresponds to legal requirements. It is recommended that the user informs themselves regarding the latest requirements in data acquisition and usage regarding the relevant Apps through information provided by Eyeled GmbH.
